This beautiful piece has been created Branch Jewellery is ethically sourced and produced, they have been handmade by small workshops in rural Vietnam using traditional methods and supporting local communities with income through manufacturing and trade. The buffalo horn is 100% a bi-product.

I adore this pendant, not only is it hitting a building trend right now of corded statment pendants, but its also striking and so tactile! The horn is smooth with a wonderful polish and the cord has been finished at the ends with small pieces of horn. Verstile, stylish and on trend!

If something isn't quite right, here's how it works.
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.
Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.

If you'd like something different, just return the original and place a new order.
Faulty Items
It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

Because these are made especially for you, I'm not able to accept returns on bespoke orders unless they arrive faulty.
