If something isn't quite right, here's how it works.
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.
Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.
Exchanges
If you'd like something different, just return the original and place a new order.
Faulty Items
It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

Because these are made especially for you, I'm not able to accept returns on bespoke orders unless they arrive faulty.

Once your return arrives with me, I'll process your refund within 5 working days back to your original payment method.

Gold vermeil sits over a sterling silver base and is generally well tolerated.
Gold plated pieces use a thinner layer on brass.

Jo's Notes.
I created the Lori because its a cool piece to layer or wear on its own and makes a perfect gift. I love that you can also wear it in two ways - either with the lariet drop as shown in the main picture or move the T bar fastener to the circle above the pearl and disk for a necklace without the drop. Great for a weekend away or holiday - pack one necklace but be able to wear it in two ways with different necklines.
The chain has this modern rectangular link,leading to the disk and freshwater pearl.
There are so few outfits where this necklace wouldn't work. I love to layer it with the Kat pearl necklace and the Amelia coral necklace for a relaxed look. It also looks very chic worn with the Claudia diamond look necklace. The gold Angel bangles in gold make great partners to this cool necklace.
