If something isn't quite right, here's how it works.
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.
Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.

It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

If I had to list my essential jewellery wardrobe the Sandrine necklace would sit very close to the top. It's incredibly wearable - casual or formal. I decided to increase the wearablity by adding a gorgeous dropper because I felt I sometimes needed more than the link- particularly when wearing a shirt. I love the fact the dropper makes more of an impact, setting it apart from the crowd and giving the wearer an unravelled individuality.
Weekend away? Going on holiday? Day to evening from work? - no problem wear the beautiful chain in the daytime and add the gorgeous dropper in the evening.
I selected the Aquamarine to ensure they are large enough to be in proportion with the scale of the chain. Each is hand wired onto sterling silver. We hand make each of the connecting rings which connect to the clasp as I wanted them to feel substantial and secure.
Perfect to wear with a fastening jacket - nothing underneath and the Sandrine with Aquamarine in the neckline. Great with a shirt and denim for an upgraded casual look or knitwear adding texture and a feeling of luxury. Keep earrings simple - such as the Otti or Nia- so as not to detract from the necklace; add the Clemancy cuff or Athena bangle and a plain silver statement ring such as the Molly or Hattie.
