The Tasia coral-shaped earrings, we think are the perfect summer lightweight earrings.
They have been created by Branch Jewellery, hand crafted by artisans with precision and care. These stunning earrings are made from ethically sourced horn, intricately shaped into a coral pattern, finished with a smooth coral-colored lacquer and set on an 18ct gold plated disc. Handmade in rural Vietnam, these earrings support local artisans and fair trade practices.

We stand by our craftmanship so offer a 6 month free of charge warranty on all our jewellery. Repairs due to accidental damage during this time will are happy to repair and will incur a cost.
We also offer a re-gilding service and re-stringing service on our pieces. For any jewellery advice you may need we are just an email away and we'd be delighted to help.

If something isn't quite right, here's how it works.
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.
Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.
Exchanges
If you'd like something different, just return the original and place a new order.
Faulty Items
It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.
Bespoke and Personalised Pieces
Because these are made especially for you, I'm not able to accept returns on bespoke orders unless they arrive faulty.

Once your return arrives with me, I'll process your refund within 5 working days back to your original payment method.

Metal sensitivity?
Gold vermeil sits over a sterling silver base and is generally well tolerated.
Gold plated pieces use a thinner layer on brass.
