Stella is a fabulous pendant created from sterling silver, vermeil gold. The pendant has been with studded with lab grown gemstones with a beautiful Opal at the centre. I've hung the pendant from a 20" 9crt gold link chain.
Gold vermeil describes gold plating when it meets specific thickness and purity requirements.

We stand by our craftmanship so offer a 12 month free of charge warranty on all our jewellery. Repairs due to accidental damage during this time will are happy to repair and will incur a cost.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days, unless advised otherwise.

If something isn't quite right, here's how it works.
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.
Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.
Exchanges
If you'd like something different, just return the original and place a new order.
Faulty Items
It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.
Bespoke and Personalised Pieces
Because these are made especially for you, I'm not able to accept returns on bespoke orders unless they arrive faulty.
Refunds
Once your return arrives with me, I'll process your refund within 5 working days back to your original payment method.

Gold vermeil sits over a sterling silver base and is generally well tolerated.
Gold plated pieces use a thinner layer on brass.
