I love the myth around Rock crystal. It was described by the Ancient Greeks as "krystallos"  petrified ice, they believed it was eternally frozen ice.  I wanted to team these clear high grade, facetted briolettes I sourced, with tiny freshwater seeds pearls. I individiually select the pearls to ensure the proportions of this beautiful drop earring are in balance. All brought together on sterling silver in the UK.

​If something isn't quite right, here's how it works.

​I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

​To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.

Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.

​Faulty Items

It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.
