The Helena necklace has been created from freshwater pearls. Each pearl is individually knotted, strung onto our special clasp, which is cast and finished in the UK, from sterling silver then 18crt gold plated. To give this timeless necklace have a contemporary twist, we have added an 18crt gold plated sterling silver coin, which we love.
As the coin is detachable you could also wear it just on a simple chain, layered with the pearls, not just on its own.

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.
Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.

It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.
