Hattie is a perfect ring for everyday wear. I love the old coin design, giving it an almost vintage feel. This ring also looks great as a signet ring for the little finger. The split shank makes it comfortable and also adds interest.
Our silver rings are cast in the UK from 100% recycled silver, with our partners, being pioneers in the "lost wax" method. The ring is finished with the JoJo Harris hallmark, which is held at the London Goldsmith Company, who became the first official "home of hallmarking" in 1478

If something isn't quite right, here's how it works.
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.
Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.
Exchanges
If you'd like something different, just return the original and place a new order.
Faulty Items
It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

Because these are made especially for you, I'm not able to accept returns on bespoke orders unless they arrive faulty.
