I understand why, historically, pearls were given to girls on their 21st birthday. They are timeless and deserve to be treasured. Their delicate "nacre" (surface) seems to illuminate and flatter every skin tone. I have hand selected large baroque pearls to make up this necklace giving both a contemporary look, due to their size and irregular shape, and also a timeless sophistication due to their very nature.

When I put the Coco necklace on (that could be anything from jeans and a shirt to a black dress) I feel lifted and finished.

We stand by our craftmanship so offer a 6 month free of charge warranty on all our jewellery. Repairs due to accidental damage during this time will are happy to repair and will incur a cost.

​I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

​To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.

Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.

​If you'd like something different, just return the original and place a new order.

​Faulty Items

It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

Because these are made especially for you, I'm not able to accept returns on bespoke orders unless they arrive faulty.
