Somehow blue topaz always makes me think of holidays and sunshine. It must the clear azure blue of this pretty facetted gemstone. Blue topaz comes a range of blues and is one of the most loved gemstones. It is also nearly has hard as a sapphire making them practical too!
Sometimes know as the stone of clarity, blue topaz is said to enable the wearer to channel their inner wisdom and find pathways to success.

If something isn't quite right, here's how it works.
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.
Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.

If you'd like something different, just return the original and place a new order.
Faulty Items
It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.
