I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.
Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.

If you'd like something different, just return the original and place a new order.
Faulty Items
It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

This is a beautiful baroque pearl on a simple chain that can be worn in two different lengths. A very versatile piece that I wear with jeans and a shirt or a bit more dressy with a plain merino jumper. This is my third purchase from JoJo- beautiful items and Jo is a lovely lady who offers great customer service- and independent which is important to me!
