I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to come back unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll get back to you within 48 hours with everything you need.
Return postage is down to you unless the item is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing. I'd recommend a tracked service as I can't take responsibility for anything lost on the way back.

If you'd like something different, just return the original and place a new order.
Faulty Items
It's very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with a photo. I'll sort it - a replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

This is a beautiful, natural, simple coral necklace. I wear it most of the time either layered with other JoJo necklaces, or perfect with natural pearls, or just on its own. So easy to dress up or down. It gives a wonderful summer look and I’ll even wear it just with a swimsuit! It’s a versatile little piece and a beautiful natural coral colour. Love it!
