Genevieve is an incredibly stylish piece. The large baroque fresh water pearls, which make up this necklace, are simply beautiful. Their irregular shape and size add both interest and texture. From these individually knotted pearls hangs a sterling silver, 18crt gold plated filigree drop, which has been cast in the UK.

I know I shouldn't have favourites but if I did ....Genevieve would certainly be in my top ten. I sourced these stunning large baroque (uneven shape) fresh water pearls for their striking appearance and lustre. We have strung them knotted between each pearl for both security and to respect the quality of the pearls; so they aren't rubbing against each other. The filigree pendant has been cast from sterling silver in the UK and then heavy gold plated with 22ct gold. Our casting partners, being pioneers in the "lost wax" method. The pendant has the JoJoHarris hallmark, which is held at the London Goldsmith Company, who became the first official "home of hallmarking" in 1478.
